Some call it dressing, some call it stuffing, my mom always called it filling.
Call it what you want. This is my very favorite recipe and while I’ll eat and enjoy other recipes, this is the only one that I ever make! I even make it when it’s not Thanksgiving or Christmas, for the simple fact that I like it so much. You can add leftover turkey into the recipe and make it a one dish casserole. It’s so moist that you almost don’t need gravy but we almost always do because my husband likes gravy, no… he really, REALLY, likes gravy!

Best Stuffing E.V.E.R
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup onion diced
- 1 1/2 cup celery diced
- 12 cups bread cubes
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsps poultry seasoning
- 1-2 cups milk or broth
Instructions

Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Set aside. Beat eggs in another bowl and add seasonings and 1 cup of the milk/broth.
Put bread crumbs in a large bowl, pour the butter and veggie mix over, add the egg mixture and stir gently until moist. Add more milk/broth as needed.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
