Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Set aside. Beat eggs in another bowl and add seasonings and 1 cup of the milk/broth.
Put bread crumbs in a large bowl, pour the butter and veggie mix over, add the egg mixture and stir gently until moist. Add more milk/broth as needed.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
I have used all sorts of different bread for this recipe. Sometimes I mix and match! :)
